Klassen & Smith was chosen to provide Construction Management services for Phase 1 of the Terra Vista Apartments at Tejon in Arvin, CA. This phase includes seven three-story buildings, totaling 228 residential units. Additionally, it features a 4,686 square foot clubhouse which contains a leasing office, conference room, lounge area, multi-purpose room, game lounge, gym, and covered patio. Residents also have access to an in-ground swimming pool and spa, conveniently connected to the clubhouse.
