Klassen & Smith provided design-build services for the tenant improvements at Jim Burke Ford’s existing used car dealership office in Bakersfield, CA. The 3,772 square foot facility expanded office spaces with a new storefront and received new flooring throughout. The kitchen and bathroom areas were also upgraded, giving the entire building a refreshed and modern look.
