Grapevine Villas

Phase 2 of the Grapevine Villa Apartments in Delano, CA included seven two-story buildings, totaling 84 residential units. The units are comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom layout options. Each unit includes a combination of laminate flooring in the common spaces and carpet in the bedrooms, a furnished kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The community also offers a range of amenities including an accessible clubhouse, a pool, a park, and a play area for residents to enjoy.
