The project features a pre-engineered, single-story metal building spanning 109,474 square feet, situated on a 12.44-acre site. The facility is the third constructed on this site and offers over 100,000 square feet of dedicated wine barrel storage. The facility also includes a loading dock, office, restrooms, break room and a shipping/receiving area. Through close collaboration with our client and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we delivered a facility tailored to their specific operational needs.
